You must be at least 18 years old to use ClipJoy. By creating an account or accessing the platform you confirm you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where this requirement is not met.
2. Content
ClipJoy provides AI-generated and AI-narrated adult fiction for entertainment purposes. All characters in stories are fictional adults 18 years of age or older. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental. Content is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform any content from the platform.
3. Accounts and credits
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Moments (credits) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused moments do not expire. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ClipJoy to: attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape or harvest content, share account access with others, or use the platform in any way that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Disclaimers
ClipJoy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
